Intro
The film is set in West Texas, tells the story of a divorced father and his brother with a criminal record who fight together to guard their family farm. It is hailed as the best bank heist film after Sidney Lumet's Dog Day Afternoon. Tanner and Toby, one is ex-convicts that is released from prison, one is downhearted man divorced from his wife, are big losers in the modern world. Desperately, they hit on the idea of robbing the bank in the edn. Whereupon, wearing ski masks, holding two pistols, and the strategy of only robbing the loose money let them win again and again. Marcus, the detective in charge of tracking them down, is not that a valiant and brave messenger of justice. Instead, he is on the verge of retirement, alone, and spends his days gossiping with his Indian partner Alberto. But this veteran police officer begins tracking them down for a series of bank robberies and decides to hunt them down.
