Intro
Mahavir is a promising wrestler, also India's national wrestling champion. After life forces him to give up his career, his greatest regret is that he fails to win a world-class gold medal for his country. He pins his hopes on his unborn sons, but his wife gives him four daughters in succession. To Mahavir's surprise, Geeta and Babita show exceptional wrestling talent. This dawns on him that even girls can stand tall and win honors for their country and for themselves. On second thought, he and his wife agree to train their daughters for a year according to wrestler standards: change their skirts, cut off their long hair, and let them practice wrestling. Thus, under Mahavir's direction, Geeta and Babita begin to train hard, and they improve so quickly that they soon become local celebrities for winning competitions. They win championship after championship and finally win the chance to be an example to millions of women in India.
