Intro
Ali, a boy from a poor family, loses his sister's shoes by accident when he helps his sister Zahra to get her repaired shoes back. In order not to be punished by his parents, he begs Zahra to keep it a secret, says they can wear his shoes to go to school instead, and promises to buy her a new pair of shoes. Ali has supposed to buy the shoes with the money he earns by working in the city with his father, but his father's accidental injury puts an end to his dream. Seeing that the prize for the third winner in the city's long-distance race is a pair of trainers, Ali decides to enter the race, but he misses the registration date.
